Summary: On the first night of October, change takes over a few of the kids that are asleep in their Denver homes. You wake up, only to discover you have grown wings and have strange powers you cannot explain. Parents call the police, and you are forced to flee and hide in the streets, finding other mutants like you. But it wont be so easy. Even if you flee Denver to the surrounding cities, police and the FBI are looking for you everywhere. It's hard to know who to trust, even the other 'mutants' like you can be enemies. The people have become frightened of you, and will kill any they see. At the same time, your family members go missing, and as well as hide, you must find out what happened to them.
